Return & Exchange Period
We accept returns and exchanges within 2 days of receiving your order. If more than 2 days have passed since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- The item must be in its original condition, unworn, and unwashed.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging with all tags attached.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) must be provided.
Non-Returnable Items

How to Return or Exchange
To return or exchange an item, follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at info@idealcloth.com to initiate the return or exchange process. Please include your order number and reason for the return or exchange.
- Receive Instructions: Our team will provide you with instructions on how to return the item and any necessary return authorization details.
- Pack & Ship: Carefully pack the item in its original packaging and send it to the address provided by our customer service team.
Shipping Costs
- Returns: Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning items unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
- Exchanges: If you are exchanging an item for a different size or color, you will be responsible for the shipping cost of the new item.
Refunds
- Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item. The refund will be credited to the original payment method.
- Partial Refunds: In some cases, partial refunds may be issued if the item is not returned in its original condition or if only a part of the order is returned.
Defective or Damaged Items
